Transaction initiated by anyone, if, does not result into a Success Transaction and Success Transaction receipt is not viewed by the transaction performer then the Transaction will not be considered as a complete transaction. In such scenario, Transaction amount debited from your Bank/Card account will be refunded by your Bank/Card issuing Bank within 3-4 days. In case transaction performer does not view the Success Receipt then he/she needs to initiate a new transaction.
In the event that incorrect details are entered by the transaction performer FeeApp or Schools/Colleges/Institutes will not have liability thereof.
A User who has paid the fees and didn't receive a success notification message/mail, will be refunded so that a transparent payment is set up.
The Company will conduct all Student Fee refunds ethically, honestly and with fairness to all parties. This Policy will be applied equally, in the context relevant to the circumstance.
Be assured that if a successful transaction is hampered, a refund will be given to the user.

If internet connection is lost between transaction or if a proper connection wasn’t established with bank and payment gateway (Bill Desk) and if it resulted in unsuccessful transaction . The amount will be refunded back within 7 working days or as per your respective bank rules.
Successful transaction amount will not be refunded back. Only unsuccessful/failed transaction amount will be refunded.
